Weight Management Consultation

$100 for consultation, $50 for check-in
Comprehensive Evaluation:

The process often starts with a thorough health exam to understand your medical history, current health, and weight loss goals.

Personalized Planning:

An NP works with you to create a customized plan that may cover nutrition guidance, physical activity recommendations, and behavioral changes.

Regular Monitoring and Support:

Scheduled follow-up visits allow the NP to track progress, set new goals, offer encouragement, and provide ongoing education on topics like portion control and healthy foods.

Medication Management:

When appropriate and not seeing results with lifestyle changes alone, a nurse practitioner may prescribe FDA-approved weight loss medications, such as Semaglutide (Wegovy®) or Zepbound (tirzepatide).

Multidisciplinary Team:

Our program often features a team of experts, including personal training sessions at Tiffin Training Company.

Non-emergency Medical Care

Basic Visit: $75

  • Cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms (body ache, congestion, cough, fever, sore throat)
  • Ear infections
  • Sinus infections
  • Pink eye (red eye, itching)
  • Respiratory infections like bronchitis
  • Asthma Flare-up (wheezing, not improving with inhalers, no difficulty breathing)
  • Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea without bleeding, abdominal pain or dehydration

Skin Issues
  • Rashes

  • Allergic reactions
  • Animal or insect bites & stings

We do not accept any insurance; therefore, we are unable to see Medicare and Medicaid patients. Janelle will see patients over 12 years of age.
